Summary and Planning Orientation

Personal or family legacy planning is a unique experience. The process is quite holistic. It’s about you, your issues and your fears/worries. It’s about who you love and what you care about. There is not a “one size fits all” plan. Each person’s values, along with the events and significant relationships in their life, make them unique.

  • Most financial and life planning is upside down. In your own life, do you approach challenges by accepting a solution and then try to justify that solution, or do you look for solutions in line with your feelings, emotions and values?
  • With Value Based Planning, you examine your values, feelings and goals before starting on a search for effective solutions.
  • Surprisingly, most people usually approach the subjects of retirement (Will I have enough?), family dynamics or planning for their death (estate planning) with a mixture of dread, fear and confusion.
  • Seventy percent of Americans don't have any plan or have out-of-date estate documents because of their procrastination.

The Cadre Financial Group relies on client education to facilitate our Client’s empowerment in their financial decisions. We want our Clients to understand their options and feel confident and comfortable with their choices. Beyond that, our primary responsibility is to be the keepers and protectors of your lifestyle as you define it.

We offer an exciting way to approach all planning -- retirement, financial, life or family legacy. First, examine the matters of your heart…your values, spirituality, community longings, family legacy and goals. Your self discovery will bring personal empowerment because you can then align your solutions with your values and visions.

The Cadre Financial Group works as your mentor and planning partner. We will assist, question, educate, and encourage you to use all your resources. Your education will be empowering and allow you to make the decisions necessary to keep you focused on your individual values and visions.

It is never too late to start - the only time you have to start is now - the past is gone. Our implementation process takes 9 to 18 months. We take time in developing the concepts most important to you and also allow time for Cadre and other professionals to work through the review and implementation process. The more you are involved in this empowering process, the better the results and the greater the opportunities for your personal growth.
